Thanks, CP! Appreciate all the info. A couple of more questions if you don’t mind:
Do you get to “bid” for your schedule? If so, how long did it take you to start getting what you wanted?

You bid every month for your schedule on Flica. Bid package comes out the 10th of each month and close on the 15th. Regarding what you can hold all is by seniority so most senior guy gets pretty muchs what they want and from there to the most jr is the award. But Always bid gor what you want sometimes people forget to bid etc and you might get the line that you want.

I'm not sure I would compare it to a 320. I'm not familiar with the ATR, but the 320 has dual steering tillers, auto thrust, auto trim, vnav and printer. Does the ATR have all that?

Not sure about the auto trim since that would be a function of FBW which the ATR doesn't have but what I know about the ATR is that it has everything else, even an ECAM.

Looking at Silver for potential employment. I’ll be a new guy to the 121 world and wanted to get some feedback from present or former employees. I’m a Florida guy, and place more importance on minimizing my commute and work relationships over money, flow, and jets.
1. Is Silver improving and growing as a company? (Lease Order of 20 atr’s seems to be a good sign)
2. Do they work well with military reservists?
3. From date of hire, how long before training starts?
4. Would you recommend it, or choose a larger regional?
