Yes you get your full monthly guarantee, 75 hours I believe (~$1,500?). You dont receive it 'till your a month into it though, from what I've heard.

So a Gulfstream pilot makes $1,425 before taxes, while a minimum wage full time employee in the state of Florida makes $1,227.

80 hours of pay in training plus per diem at 24hrs x 1.60 the entire time you're hear. You will make more in training than you will on the line so save it.

Dont forget the two year commitment at $24,000... Place is a joke no matter what name you put on it.
Most regional FO's make more then a 6 year capt at silverstreak.

And most regional FOs are stuck in the right seat that long or longer while there is a high probability that the Silver Airways FO will upgrade in two years or less. While maybe the FO at airline X makes a few more dollars, the guy getting TPIC may find the reduced pay worth the tradeoff.

Fact is different things are important to different people.
