Perhaps that's a question you need to ask yourself. Notice how the rest of these post have been job related.

Man, this place creates more drama than when it was Gulfstream-pay-for-job.

FAA just approved the Saabs to start hauling passengers. Will be great to see it up and flying. Really happy for it, but I wish the 1900 would get some love, it's the workhorse of the fleet.

What kind of times are they really looking for DECs? Posted mins are basic ATP....

Does anybody know the profile of the recent DEC newhires?
I got hired with ~4400TT, no TPIC, and no Turboprop mostly SIC RJ time and CFI time. I later declined due to poor health insurance, poor job security, lack of downgrade protection, 24MO/$24K contract, poor commutability, and so on.

And the passengers are gonna love the noisy, tired, old, and hot mighty SF3! Kind of funny how most regional's are shedding the SF3, but you guys are starting to fly them? Crazy business were in.

They either like it or will have to choose between driving or paying full fare since most of what GIA is going to be doing is EAS routes, some people there think that they will be getting contract flying from Mainline but don't understand the fat you are stating, mainline doesn't want this airplanes and are making the regionals park them, this is why these airplanes are available. These airplanes are new at GIA, but these are airplanes that are approaching 2 decades old just like the 1900s!

Anyone knows how long it takes to hear from them after the first interview?
I interviewed with them last Thursday, was invited to take the written test and the sim ride. I got 88% in the written and was told I did good in the sim.

They told me just to wait for them to call me, but was not told how long to expect to wait for that call. May be they wait for the background check to clear before calling you, but I don't know.

Should I wait a week before following up with them? This wait is killing me ;o)

Thanks!

It says on their employment page that FO mins are bare minimum. Comm MEL, Instr, 250TT, etc. Is it realistic for them to call you with low times though?

I don't know, I have over a thousand hours total time, but I've heard of people with low time being called to interview. No idea if they were offered a position
