Just going to make the summer all that more rough on everyone that's still here! Seems like we are likely already understaffed since they just extended the increased overtime pay again.

Literally everyone I talk to is pinning their hopes on this announcement being something substantial. Because this goofy health insurance has everyone looking elsewhere. Many horror stories about specialists not being covered, etc.
