I went to Fly Exclusive's presentation and their booth at RTAG this weekend. I'm pretty impressed with what I heard. I read some "older" reviews (1.5 years old) and everything looked good. Any Fly Exclusive pilots on here with an update/willing to tell me how much you like or don't like FE? I'm currently a cargo pilot and pretty well like my job but the company may be coming off the wheels so trying to line something up. I'm at 2000TT with about 500 Turbine PIC.
Thanks

Good afternoon,
I also spoke with the FlyExclusive table at RTAG. I met their top HR people and feel like a good portion of the "in person" interview was completed during this time. I am a military veteran and was walked directly to them by another veteran I went to flight school with back in 2011. It seems the military network is very strong within this company and I was thankful to get the point to the top folks. I can't speak for the civlian pilots with no mil experience, but I would say this company is welcome to everyone applying. They had a great physical location as they were in the front of all the rows just off the main arena for the convention, so hundreds of pilots had to stream by them.
I am looking forward to talking with them because they have a quick upgrade time and I think the time to start trianing is short as they can use any simlation company that has their types.
Looking foward to the next step with them. Will report back.
Cheers,

I just looked at the flyExclusive available jobs page and see these FO options: CE-525 (CJ3/3+), CE-560XL (XL/XLS/XLS+), or CL-30 (Challenger 350)
I looked at the APC flyExclusive page and see this inventory: Citation X: 9; Citation XL/XLS: 43; CJ3: 21; Encore: 10; G-IV: 7; Sovereign: 9
Question to those who know flyExclusive:
If the priority is class date, which of the three application options is best?
If the priority is time-to-captain, which of the three application options is best?
Appreciate your consideration...
(Note: As a retired Navy guy I'm frightened and confused by having options. Not used to it - assuming this is a Detailer's trap. I'm just not sure how the guys from Millington got on that webpage)

They don't fly the encores or Gulfstreams anymore. They are getting rid of the sovereigns & Xs. The CL-30 positions should be offered to the current pilots being displaced off the others airframes. But this is FE & they probably aren't doing that.
you'll upgrade faster on the CJ or XL. The CJ fleet is newer. The XLs are old and require A LOT of maintenance. It's a chaotic hair on fire operation but you'll fly your arse off if you want.
