That has been the MO here for the last 3.5 years. He brought on 2 CLs initially and for a year tested the waters...it has proven beneficial enough to make the agreement with FJ for 20 more. The speed at which these new airplanes come on the certificate is dependent upon training slots (which Baker is not having difficulty in getting support from Flight Safety) for the new pilots.

No doubt it is a balancing act of having bodies match airplane and then having sales match those expectations. If past is predictive of future events, I say Baker will do well in that area.
Yes… my comments were an abridged version of the work it takes from discussions with our POI/PMI, pre-purchase research, actual purchasie, the process through, manpower, the aircraft being added to the certificate. Those were the good old days. I hope the process is less arduous these days.

Our DOM team and his team in FTW and RDU have performed 26 conformity’s in the last 42 łmonths with 2 different POIs and has demonstrated to them all the T’s were crossed and I’s dotted for their detailed inspections.

The reputation one has any as an operator with company’s POI/FSDO sets the tone long term on the length of time conformities take to complete.

BAKER’s mx team has shown repeatedly the documents, systems, checks, logs for our ever expanding fleet will be ready to go whenever they receive a request to conduct their inspections.

I appreciate the consideration. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the Citation X. On my last rotation I ran into one of your Citation X SIC's. Had nothing but good things to say about Baker Aviation.
