FLX just put the brakes on hiring VFR guys/gals so now the mins are back up to the IFR 135 mins which are:
FAR 135.243(c):
Commercial Single-Engine certificate with an instrument rating
1200 Hours Total
500 Hours Cross Country - point to point
100 Hours Night
75 Hours Instrument total - up to 25 in a simulator allowed
50 Hours Instrument in FLIGHT - simulated (hood) or actual
If you're around 1100 or so total time you'd probably be alright. Right now there hiring and a new class starts every two weeks. The pay is $12.00/hr for every hour on duty. (if you sit or if you fly) The work atmosphere is fine, alot of good people are here and you get weekends off. Like any place else it is what you make of it. Everyone starts in the 210 and the Baron upgrade in fairly quick. If you have any more questions let me know.

FLX was a great place to work. There are definitely some shall we say undesirable parts of the job, but they're all on the table before you start. I've heard a lot of stories from a lot of guys who started at other cargo companies or regionals. If they're even 50% true, I'm glad I went to FLX. If you like, PM me with any other questions you might have.
