Thanks for the info, I guess I can at least research and maybe send a resume, doesn't hurt to try, thats a little outrageous they said you didn't have enough time to right seat a falcon and your sitting on that experience.

Bedford has a Lear 35, not a Falcon. I used to work customer service at Jet Aviation there.

If on the 8/6 schedule, and live near an airport, what's the QOL like? Do they really ever get you home once you begin a trip? Or do they kidnap you like many places? Also, are they looking for alot of pilots, and what's competetive for entry-level lear-ish planes?

Sorry, the Falcon is at BDR, not BED.

On the 8/6 schedule, you are a roaming pilot. You airline to the airplane and you stay with it until you airline home. If you happen to live where the airplane happens to be during the rotation, I wouldn't think they would mind if you go home, but I'm sure that will be a rare occasion. As for competitive mins...not sure exactly, but I know they like 250 in type. I am not sure if that is a hard number or not though.

Thanks. Actually, staying with it for the 8 days is fine, but I've heard horror stories of places keepng you extra. Also, Are they actively hiring? There's nothing on the careers portion on their website. Do you like it there?

Did you end up interviewing with Jetride? Did you get an offer? How many openings do they currently have? Got some gouge for us?

THX

Yes, I interviewed with Jetride about 6 weeks ago. The are in the process of integrating Aspen Jet pilots into the company, so they don't know what openings they have. I am still waiting on an employment decision. As for gouge, it is pretty straight forward. They fly you to XNA, and put you up in a hotel. When you get to their offices, they give you a tour of the facilities, then you take a written test. There is a HR interview with the typical questions. You then interview with two Asst. Chief Pilots and the DO. There are a few technical questions, but not many. Know a little about the airplane you are currently flying...type of engines etc. Mainly, it is a get to know you process and educate you on how their operation works.

Seems to be a professional organization. Everybody was super nice.

Good luck....guess I'll hold off on sending them a resume then. Sounds like they have plenty of guys right now. What a difference a few months makes.
