I have been following this forum since its origination and finally felt I need to share my experiences with ACC. ACC promised me a few different things at the job interview. They promised a base at the day of the interview, $27000 per year, and a % end of the year bonus. I never got the base and sent me to another base. They promised me Christmas off and they came back later and said we need you to fly another base for Christmas.

Just be careful what promises you receive. Dont believe anything. I would do some research on the "end of the year bonus". I cant imagine pilots are getting that bonus. Maybe a pilot will chime in that he/she received it. I know of 2 new captains finished their CA checkride and continued to get paid FO pay because they were on temporary assignments. They only pay you CA pay if your assigned to a base. No base available and you become a substitute CA and paid as FO.

Just be careful with ACC.

I would say that is realistic commentary based on my experiences at ACC. With no contract, no work rules other than the FAR's, a one year $7500 training contract, you have limited options if you come to ACC and do not get what you expect. It seems every pilots experience with ACC has been a little different. I can't say that I was ever promised anything that didn't happen but I did ask questions that they danced around and never got an answer until after I started. However, can't blame them...my fault for not getting the answer before taking the job.

As far as a bonus, have never been told we would get a bonus. Not holding my breath on that one.

I'm 50% on the end of yr bonus. Could go either way. The pay scales were rejigged in Jan so noone has any experience yet.

So is the pay scale showing now on APC correct? At this point in time, if you're going in with 1100-1200 TT, what are the chances they'll start you in the left seat? Heard from a Capt that just left that sometimes they'll start someone just shy of 135 mins in the left seat with an IOE Capt in the right

I think the payscale on APC is some old form of payscale, they said for an FO it's 25K salary, doesn't matter if you fly a route with 30 hrs/mo, or one with 80 hours.
