I really hate it when you leave people messages/emails and get no reply. I'm not saying this is an IBC only thing but it happened here as well. My other favorite is: "Ooo, _____ is just walking into a meeting, sorry." I've got experience at a 121 WHQ (dispatch) and I didn't see that many meetings 
Not that I'm important or anything but I at least reply to everything I receive.
If one were to go down to MIA for a visit, would a scheduled appointment be better then an unexpected drop in (its obvious for non-aviation related appointments but I'm not sure about this with IBC)?
