I went down to the Miami area for an interview at a flight school, and made 3 stops to IBC, Gulfstream and Air Sunshine and handed my resume and cover letter over in Person. Is anyone on here working for them that I may ask some questions?

I spoke with IBC thankfully through a family connection, They are working on a January class at this time. Sending all my stuff in, no mention of pay to play yet as far as the saab. Anyone who is working or has worked here before are the schedules comparable to something like Airnet? Also I didnt see anything about it, but is IBC part of CASS?

What are your guys times just out of curiosity? I'm trying to see if I should even bother since I'm on the lower side of things. Also, does anyone know if the Saab is still a PFT?

No PFT but there is a training contract. I think 24 months for the Saab. No CASS but if there was it wouldn't be commutable by any means. Must be living in South Florida to have a shot at it from what I hear. Schedules are 19 days on a month. You don't know where you are going till a day before. Almost all out and backs. I think the FO Pay is around $21,500.

Do you know what their mins are? I'd really like to look into them now that I know they are not PFT anymore.

Is the 19 days on all in one shot or is it spaced out?

Spaced. Most weekends off and 1 or 2 days in the week. There really are no mins.

I got in with 1250 total time and have been working there since June. So far so good except for the pay 21,500 for the FOs in the Saab. Almost all flights are out by 8am and back by 9pm. So far i have not worked more than 15 days in a month which gives me a lot of time to do other things.

IBC posted on the orange site looking for SF34 and SA227 crews for San Juan... anyone working there know what is in the works? SJU would be a nice place to live depending on what type schedules they are planning on running.
