Both times I got interviews, it was right after seeing a posting on USPilot. They did hire a couple of guys between October and now without posting so maybe they also put ads up elsewhere?

How is the job going with Phoenix Air? I was looking through some articles on the net and came across a PowerPoint Presentation for Commercial Air Services and they were mentioned.

Did you get into the military applications?

They have already filled the postion. I'm not sure what they look for though. I have wanted to work there for years. I thought being current in Lears and with over 1600 hours in a 35a would at least get me an interview but no.

Every time I applied with HR they said they are not hiring at the moment. I would say overall what they look for is personality. If you get interviewed it is all about personality and least about experience, unless they are filling something very specific which is rare. Mostly they want guys that can do all the different missions. They tend to avoid airline guys though since they are very standardized from working in the airlines.

THREAD REVIVAL!!
So I see Phoenix Air is hiring for an EMB-120 F/O out of Pt. Mugu. Anyone with insight on what type of flying this would be for? And the old "Pay" and "Schedule" question as well if anyone has the latest. I live in PHX and wonder if commuting back and forth would be feasable on days off.
Secondly, if hired onto one airframe are you able to cross train (upgrade or whatever you want to call it) to other airframes/missions?
