What does a typical trip schedule look like for an FO based out of BIL? Specifically I'm wondering how many scheduled overnights one can expect in the 3-4 day cycle. Thanks.

During training before you start actually working, how much multi time do you pick up?

Can someone give me some more information on the contract.
Currently sitting around 800hrs and trying to decide if the 15 month contract is worth it. How much do they charge for the cost of training? Is the amount decreased each month I'm employed? Got an offer and seriously considering but the contract is the only thing holding me back. Seems like I'd be there 2 years and some change...long commitment.

Trivial commitment for the amount of experience and training you get. They spend way more on you than the training bond asks anyway. Probably to get you from FO to ATP year one, the training alone is probably 4 months cumulatively of instructors, airplanes, simulator, hotel. And until you’re an ATP you’re only a cost to the company. Find my previous post here if you want a longer discussion of the benefits of Cape.

Not a ton in the airplane, training is probably 70% sim. Maybe ten hours?
