Yes, DPA is a HUB for us now. But there are only a few reserve spots there, and they have become very senior.

Any updates? I just updated my pilot profile on the airnet pilot application site and was wondering if they are now hiring?

I was wondering the same thing. I tried to update but the link was broke. How did you update?

I talked to BW a few weeks ago. They're not hiring. Still many on furlough.

What does it say, exactly?

As one of the several still on furlough, I can confidently tell you....they are not hiring. If they needed to hire, I'd be flying boxes instead of people that think because they have money they're better than you and I.

They may be looking for someone for the Lear Pax positions, but they are not hiring into the freight side. ...and the lear pax deal is a "contract pilot" kinda deal, and not even a good one.

Thanks for the candid update. It's pretty unfortunate that things are that way there currently because I can remember the days when the recruiter from HR came by our ground school at the ol' University Of Illinois promising a good deal at Airnet giving us literature on why it was better to go to them rather than build FO time at the regionals...I think I might still have that somewhere....My CFI at Illinois went there and got out right before the *ish hit the fan...think he was one of the lucky ones. It's too bad there are guys on the street with them. I am sure if they were viable it would be a very coveted job considering the multi-time. Good luck to those still on the street because of them!
