Just do a search for Pacific Wings, Georgia Skies ect... The owner and president are GREAT characters and heck they have charges pending against them by former employees.
But like you said. You're definately interested... While your at it, I'm sure if you mention you're willing to "pay to play" they'll walk you right in and have you use their microsoft flight sim they use on a desktop for flight sim eval...

And we wonder why the industry pay and qol are what they are.

Whoa, first of all I would never pay to fly a plane...
That's just lame and wrong. But I have heard that if you are to work for them do your time and get out... I had a friend work there, and he said he liked the routes, but the pay, and scheduling is awful. But after seeing how you guys respond to just a post about NMA I will have to consider if I should just stick with my current job.
Tell me if this is a rumor or if this is true.... But I heard that they are always hiring just like the McDonald's are. Is this correct? lol

That's even worse... You know they fired all their SIC's right? Even if they were hiring SIC's you'd work the counter FULLTIME and fly on your days off without pay.

Seriously, everybody has to start somewhere and despite what many posters believe, I personally think that the part of the pride and prestige of being a pilot at the various levels comes from how far up ladder you climb to get there. Some with senses of....er.... serious entitlement would like to be treated like the demi gods of yester year whilst flying cargo in a Baron. Not likely and for good reason.
That being said, I'm not advocating NMA. I don't know the specifics but with any outfit like that, you may be taking a gamble with you ticket or even your life if you go to a super crummy operator and furthermore, you only have yourself to blame when you get lice from sleeping in FBOs at night

If your still a CFI, try this one out: Keep a stack of current resumes in your flight bag and if/when you go on a cross country with a student walk in and hand it politely to the person behind the desk. It never hurts to have a resume on file at different places.
And I know, tough job market and instructing sucks - but this is how I got a few hundred hours of multi time.

I was a furloughed guy that went there for a job, luckily I was able to quit 4 months later (as in luckily they didnt get a chance to fire me for no reason before that). Let me just say this, do not work there. Your certificate will be in jeopardy working here.

Ya know what bud, if you can get some good time out of a lower level operator, and you know that its gonna be a drag while you're there going in....why not? Most of us have stories about the first jobs we had to work to get some time. I flew broken down king airs, many have flown old cabin class pistons and hey, look how many guys Great Lakes has on their list
