How the hell is anyone on reserve at any regional right now? Did you pick the only one that isn't hard up for pilots or something?

We're just starting to have airplanes coming back, our movement isn't as fast as some of the other regionals. I'm probably looking at 3-5 months of reserve which still isn't long compared to older guys but idk if the budget will be able to handle the extra crashpad/hotel expenses.

Yea I'll see how everything plays out. It's a good place but It's more so the commute for me too which I can tell is tiring me out, but I'm not a big fan of going from job to job.

It's a dream job in PHX. Hardly ever fly, just collect a paycheck. The FXE guys are the ones who do all the working.

That's what I heard from the info I got, now if only I could get my resume in front of the right person.

As far as info on REVA. It looks like they upped their first year pay to 45K and the second year is 50K with captains starting off at 93K. PHX looks to be a bit slower while FXE is a bit busier. I also heard 8-9, but it sounds like one of the biggest complaints was being on call all the time.

It isn't 45k first year, it's 45k after year one. Capts start at 80k plus 7k bonus. On call 24/7 is horrible, but some people don't mind it. And it is true the PHX crews barely fly.

Thanks for correcting me on that, their advertisement on the orange site is wrong then.
