I'm not trying to pick a fight either, it's just that all your post in this thread have basically said the same thing, you've had friends die and flying is unsafe.

It rubbed me wrong at first about the airnow comments. At first I thought it was idle pilot smack talk.

I see now you were not talking smack. I am not anti-flying by any means. Flying has consumed much of my life. I don't regret i .

----I am like you in that I want people to think and fly that airplane and manage that risk.

We certainly are. My mom said it best and I remember her words especially with the PNCL accident a few years back. She never had to defend his behavior / actions inside or outside the cockpit. That, she said, was worth more than any amount of $$$. Friends / co-workers remember him for his integrity, professionalism, love of aviation, and generosity.

We can all learn a lesson or two from the quiet professionals out there.
