Heres a ReCap:
08/04/06 VT 1 Fatal IFR CFIT On Appch Pilot Error
12/9/05 SC Fuel Starvation Blatent Pilot Error
11/08/05 MHT NH (Walmart) Engine Failure Pilot Initiated Vmc Roll???
01/13/05 EEN NH 1 Fatal IFR CFIT On Appch Pilot Error
So, in the course of 2 years: 2 dead pilots, 4 dead planes. Three of them are pilot error and probably the fourth as well.
Their equipment is probably ok, I would say its their training or their attitude, I don't know. But I do know that I don't think I would want to be associated with them.

Embrear's are just fine, we fly them thousands of hours per year. I highly suspect it's the fact that they're putting low time pilots in those things by them selves with no auto pilot. While the Bandit is a very easy A/C to fly when everything is working, I can see why you should have 2 pilots for when thing are going quite as planned.

While the record no doubt looks bad, and it is possible that problems are present in the organization, a note of caution should be taken.
Aviation can reach up and bite anyone, and that should be remembered when questioning the safety record of a company. Sometime it may hit close to home, and the shoe will be on the other foot.

Just don't get into the mindset of thinking that a fatal crash can not happen to your company.
Let's keep on watching ourselves out there.
