When you have 121 FOs getting hired with zero TPIC, It makes me question mine, and anyone else's decision to go to AMF if your end goal is a major 121. Fact: 95% of the pilots at AMF end up at a regional anyway. Sorry, but I would wager even Mesa has a better QOL than a UPS schedule at AMF.

The QoL in CVG is absolutely terrible. The runs are brutal, and since the base is so understaffed, people have a hard time getting any time off. Most of the runs fly 6-7 days a week. You fly out on Sunday afternoon, and return Saturday morning. Rinse and repeat...week after week.
The worst part is that the pilots in CVG are some of the most senior in the company. Those guys have been there 6-7 years, and still doing that schedule.
