No. They offer a gateway program. 3 years total service or 2 as a captain qualify you for it. That being said, very few of the qualified have gotten the interview and even less have gotten the job. But the majority of the older pilots who actually qualify have zero interest in 121.
Bottom line, don't go to DPJ because of the gateway program. A lot can change in 2 to 3 years anyway.

Also are they really strick on the 1000 PIC? Only thing that I lack which they want.
