Wow, if my memory serves me right, those pay scales are very close to the old Air Elite ones back in 2005. Good luck guys.

What's the upgrade time right now? Also, is it merit or seniority based?

Does this pay scale apply if you fly an aircraft just managed by DPJ? For example, if they hire you into a specific area?

Is it true that Delta offers a guaranteed interview for DPJs?

No. They offer a gateway program. 3 years total service or 2 as a captain qualify you for it. That being said, very few of the qualified have gotten the interview and even less have gotten the job. But the majority of the older pilots who actually qualify have zero interest in 121.

Bottom line, don't go to DPJ because of the gateway program. A lot can change in 2 to 3 years anyway.

Thanks, 2StgTurbine, I agree. I'm currently at a part 121 regional and not liking the lifestyle much. Aside from the travel benefits I miss my previous 135 charter job. Does DPJ offer any bonuses on top of the normal payscale?

Also are they really strick on the 1000 PIC? Only thing that I lack which they want.
