Youngest guy in my Indoc class was 29. Oldest was 63.

I believe cert in hand or completed written is still the expectation. I went in as a Comm/Multi, but I did the written last year and did my ATP on the BE-300 type ride.

Type ratings include:
Emb 120 (SIC)
CL 65 (PIC)
CE 680 (PIC)
CE 550 (PIC)

Currently 135 Captain.

You can discuss it with a fleet mgr if/when you get a call. From what I'd gathered it was mainly guys with 350 types that we're getting those slots.
