Hey everyone. Can someone at Boutique please tell me more about these crew homes? I was offered a PIC job in PHX and wanted to know if you get your own apartment or are you sharing a 2 bedroom apartment with another crew member? Also any day to day info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Those are only for when you do overnights , the company does not provide housing. The company has a few houses in the out stations like sho low , Clovis, and Carlsbad for crews to stay the night when we fly there.

They have two bedrooms , and the captain gets the bigger room.

Ok, I apologize. I should not have posted that. I just have a really bad taste in my mouth from previous 135's with training contracts. And my experience has been that if there is a training contract involved, there is a reason that the company cannot keep employees. It looks like pay and benefits are great at Boutique. Perhaps we could have a conversation sometime.
