Thanks!
For those of you with around 300 hours, it's not probable, but not impossible to get hired. You need to do more than just submit your resume to complete with the 700 hour folks. There are plenty of pilots on here who are willing to help since they were once in your same situation. Start by sending them a PM. They are really not hard to find on here.

Default 450 hours

Hey guys, Cfi with just over 450 hours currently living in Atlnta and unable to move at the moment. What's the ATL base looking like these days? Do I have a shot or should I keep building those hours?
Thanks!

Keep building hours, it's full for now but there's chatter they may have a new route soon.

Instruct and get 150-200 hours and then you would be competitive.
