There's a bonus structure that is kinda confusing that kicks in after a year with the company I believe and paid out every six months. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That's right iirc. BUT you don't see any of the bonus until 18 months.

Correct. Upgrade bonuses for SICs aren't seen until 9 months later I believe.

Anybody know what the COL adjustment is for LAX based PIC's?

Yeah I would've guessed about $5 for both PICs and SICs.

An extra $120/month is not going to cover the COL gap for LAX based pilots.

There isn't a gouge floating around. You should already be well prepared for the interview with those kinds of times though. Don't sweat it.

Just curious what kind of jobs one can expect to move onto after Boutique? All I can think of is maybe corporate, regional airline or single engine EMS ops. I bring this up because I had a buddy apply hoping this was a way into a major avoiding many regular regionals.....yeah that's not going to happen, missing something very important there...I think its multi time.
