I'm doing some freelance instructing while I sort out what my next step will be. If anyone has any opportunities in the PHX area and thinks I'd be a good fit based on my post history here, feel free to send me a message.
Good luck to all those trying for Boutique.

Last I heard, there was a multi-engine aerial survey job in Glendale.

I had the HR interview 10 days ago (5/4) and all I was told is 2-4 weeks to expect the technical interview. I have not received a follow up email. I live in Denver and going on 800hrs so maybe when they are light on pilots I will get the call. Someone said they receive about 700 applications a week. Lots of sorting.

Question for the guys working already. I know the training contract is 12 months and the upgrade contract (I believe) is 9 months. So is the 9 months added onto your 12 month contract or does it replace the 12 month contract.

if you start as an FO and upgrade, your captain contract supersedes your FO contract. You're locked in for 9 months after you pass the upgrade check ride, not FO contract + 9.

Had the HR interview with Boutique Air yesterday, but I'll be out of a part 61 CFI job in a week. Should I find a non-flying job and see if I'm selected or move an start at a 141 flight school. It sounds like a looooong time to wait to hear back on a FO position with BA....Thoughts?
