Man the process with boutique takes a looong time 
I'm in the pool after applying in december, another guy in September!, BUT other guys were luckier so it all depends. We are quite a few in that pool right now

It took me a year to get hired from application to the start of training.
I got the "we're interested" reply after eight months but couldn't get a training class date for my desired base. A month before a year had passed I followed up and said I could go to any base. Afterwards I was finally given a class date.
In-demand bases at the moment appear to be DEN, BWI and possibly PHX. I recommend prospective applicants, who are tired of waiting, tell Boutique that they are willing to work at any of those bases.

The golden question that I find on this thread is centered around timing, specifically for an interview or class date. Hoping all of us in the hiring pool hear good news soon, especially with the first of the month approaching. But until then...
