You can log SIC / Total time in a "single-pilot" airplane if:
1) It is operated under 135 (or possibly 121), and the OPSPECS require an SIC and;2) The SIC is typed, if the airplane requires that (SIC or PIC type) and;
3) The SIC has completed whatever training and qualification is specified in the OPSPEC, and is current per 91 and the OPSPEC.
Be careful about part 91 repo legs though...
1) You may not be able to log SIC time on a 91 leg.
2) If you actually fly the 91 leg, and are qualified and current to be PIC, you can log it as PIC (but not if the captain logs it as PIC too, you cannot both log a 91 leg in a single-pilot airplane).
I'm not 100% clear on the 91 legs, so that would be something to research.
Also be sure and look both ways before crossing, lots of funny animals out there

So you have personally looked through Key Lime's entire op specs and found they are not allowed to have SICs? I think if that was the case the FAA would be all over them like white on rice. Key Lime would not be advertising the FO program if it was not legitimate. rickair7777 is right about the 135 and 91 rules. Whenever I have an SIC on my 99, and we get a 91 leg, I usually give the leg to the FO because then they can legally log PIC time. Just food for thought...
