At our company we've had a lot of retired mainline capts come to work for us. And still their are alot of other 135 pilots out their that wish to come also. When it come to the pax charter side of 135 I don't see any shortage either now or in the future. When it come to ARGUS and Wyvern mins, please understand that the customer is paying BIG bucks for a private jet and they expect the best. This includes 2 well experienced pilots.

Back in the day I made 45k ish as a CFI and had my housing provided

Made about the same at a turbine drop zone, maybe a hair more

This was years and years ago, it was also all PIC time

Being what amounts to a seat warmer for sub welfare wages in what’s probably a single pilot plane, this doesn’t seem like a good move for all the green horns out there
