Yes and we don't want forced upgrades here...ever. I don't care what the trade off is, let it burn. Forcing someone who is otherwise unwilling or unable (lacks skill set) to hold the left seat is not wise and borderline unsafe in my opinion. They don't always get weeded out either. It's stupid.

Well the company isn’t out of the goodness of their hearts going to change how they award captain pay unless they get something beneficial to them in return.

Only if you ask nicely. Also for all you NE people word is 9E is about to have a true flow to delta. Almost immediate upgrade for peole with 1000 121 time. Or even if you don’t secodn year FO pay is the same as Piedmont’s first year captain pay.
