Time will tell fellas. I’ll just say airlines like Delta and United aren’t creating 0 yo mainline programs because they don’t think they’ll have trouble staffing down the road.

Sooner or later the RTP pool will dry up. Right now a ton of hires have been express jet guys. That pool will soon dry up.

The smaller shops where things aren’t going great will be the first ones to be sold and merged or completely close the doors.

The retirement numbers just don’t lie. But we can argue all day. I prefer to stay halfway optimistic this time around.

American just announced further cost cutting and deferral of 321neos... along with the cancellation of the 350s quick we're supposed to be on property now but deferred for for 321s which are being deffered.. american has problems..

I’ve had my apps out for years, checked all the right boxes and still not a peep.I will however never go to a job fair unless it was in my hometown and free because this is a job not my life.

Don't worry you aren't missing anything. I have gone to at least 2 job fairs every year with a buddy of mine from school since we became airline pilots. We have probably spent a couple grand in the process with the same result...nada in terms of legacies. Both stellar grades, training records, volunteering, all that. We are both flowing very soon so we gave up on updating anything months ago...just not worth the effort you have to put into it, at least in our experience.
