Anyone who applied outside the flow take the Organizational Fit Assessment and pass? Just finished it after completing my app and did not score high enough. Bummer...

I took it over a year ago and have had a green check mark next to it so I assume that means I passed it.

No you need to scroll to the bottom of your application page and it will say something if you didn’t pass even though there is a green check mark. If you have the check mark AND it’s clear down then bottom then you’re good to go.

Where exactly do you see this? I haven't 'activated' my application yet; could that be why I see no mention of passing or failing the assessment?

But that's neither here nor there. I don't think that's a thing the union has faced
I’ve been saying this for the past year. My first FO is now at AA. He failed upgrade 2 times.

I thought it was a prerequisite to upgrade before flowing? Is this the same @ Envoy & PSA?

Envoy you now have to have held a CA position for at least one year. You can still flow as an FO, so long as at some point at Envoy you held that CA position for at least 12 months.

It’s buried away at the bottom of a recent LOA. Only a very small group of people might potentially get hosed and as a result of that clause. They are the guard guys that took mil leave for multiple deployments as soon as they went through Indoc or initial IOE back in the 2016 hires (with the shortest projected flow time).

I’m not saying this with any ill intent or malice at all, one of my buddies is in this situation and he may well have pushed back his flow date unintentionally by a year.

By the time he comes back end of next year, does another long term, flys 1000 hours as a commuter, upgrades then does another year as CA he could’ve well and truly flowed over. All assuming he doesn’t get in OTS there or somewhere else prior.
