I think all of you are missing the point. The past is the past. There is ZERO point or logic to come to PDT right now as a new hire IF you have other options.

they use pizza appreciation to keep the FAs around and flow to keep the pilots around. can’t have it all, but a bowl of liquor would sure help ease some of the PDT scheduling pains.

It will happen sooner than later. Another pilot dropped off the Seniority list. Hope they start making more LCAs soon. This training department will be hurting soon as major hiring returns. Who do you think will go first? The LCAs are high on that list....

That of course requires planning and forward thinking....

I always find it funny that FA's get their appreciation day/week and yet management seems to forget about the pilots.

Fun fact, this Monday, April 26th is "World Pilots' Day", let see if they do anything....I won't hold my breath.
