Now as far as Piedmont is concerned, obviously you guys are gearing up for hiring. You have LCAs in training right now, and I saw Pilot recruiters at Sun N Fun last week too. I would assume you guys take the same approach as envoy with starting off classes with cadets and CJOs first as I'm sure you have enough of those ready to go to fill your classes for now.

Guys, it's getting real. Demand has creeped up on and now is poised to explode for the summer. You haven't heard much from AA lately as they play their cards close to the vest, and they are getting their battle axes ready. PDT has been quietly managing their assets and capacity during the pandemic and are positioned to be the premier WO'd coming out of this.
I've been hearing the Cadets are so eager to get to here and start flying ASAP. They also realize they are idolized by others in the regional airline industry. There will likely be some fresh new talent entering the Cadet programs to keep up with the explosive growth later this year.

This isn't really a laughing matter. The plans AA has for PDT is to be a behemoth carrier with national exposure. Ever notice how much additional flying PDT has been doing in the last 6 months? When AA needs the flying covered, they "bring out the big guns" by assigning it to PDT, since they know they'll get it done, no questions asked.
