Thanks for that…should have been clearer that I was referencing the “enhanced” rates.

Excellent news regardless…but not exactly “Imma fly this RJ for the next three decades instead of going to a legacy” decision excellent.

Anybody under 45 that doesn’t bail to their major of choice, if hired, and instead stays at PDT an extra 2 years to make some coin is extremely short sighted.

if you never planned to leave, or must go to AA or have crazy bills to pay, (no judgement) congratulations!

Piedmont has an excellent training department - some of them are lifers, and this is well deserved.

Must’ve been nice. Mine paid $16.18/hr for flying a CRJ. Our first year FAs made 18/hr.

I hope all the regionals are enjoying what they sowed. F them.

Dang only until 2025. As a PPL student and someone who’s 39 I thought I’d saw the retirements were big until 2030. I’m trying my hardest to get done and get to a regional ASAP, but also hope I don’t get left out down the road.

You have time. Retirements PEAK in 2025 and there's no quick fix between now and then. Good luck with your flying.

Default Couple of things to add

FO’s who have 750 hours 121 get captains
pay as long as you have bid an upgrade. At 950 hours depending on the LOA chosen you get a 30000 bonus if you decide to flow otherwise 3 years to pay it back once accepted. New hires past June 1st will be on the new LOA. This is on top of all the bonuses coming to Piedmont in the first place which include prior 121 time, type rated in the ERJ, passing LOE, showing up the first day and 1 year bonus. The entire bonus package to work at Piedmont and flow cannot exceed 150000.
