If you do that, don't ever plan on taking the last two flights of the night for an early show the next morning. A severe majority of the ROA captains (and I believe EWN as well) are commuters from Florida, and they'll bump you in a heartbeat. There's always a chance you could get on, but just don't plan for it. Good luck.

Reserve time right now is about 1-2 months. Upgrade time is 6 years right now. That will drop to 3 years after approximately 9 more people upgrade. That should be in about 3 months. It could come down to less time than that even faster due to the "preferential interviews" at mainline. With those interviews 100 Piedmont pilots are supposed to be hired at mainline by the end of spring. That would drop upgrade time down dramatically.
