Again elaborate? If Eagle furloughs, seems unlikely, new planes in a combined airline go to PDT or PSA, Eagle pilots fly them though nothing is combined? Hmmm ok?

Come on, lets not get into a ****ing match with who what where when we don't even know for certain that there will be a merger. Who knows, Doug P. may pull a rabbit out of his hat and merge with United/Continental. American can live on their own. So can US Airways (Maybe only at the current rates). But United is still in the red.
The only thing we really can count on is all of us ending up like Comair. If we plan for that then we all have nothing else to worry about.

If US and AA need less feed, they wont be able to furlough people from AE. Meaning that once they hit the protection number (around 2200 ACTIVE pilots) they will have to furlough from the other companies.

Active pilots are the ones that are currently flying on the line, not training center instructors, people in LOA or in management positions.

AE also have a 8 year contract that just started 30 days ago, I don't know when PSA and PDT contracts are for amendment.

Well what happens at AE has nothing to do with what happens at PSA/PDT.

836 with 15+ years
1396 with 10+ years

You must not be aware of PDT........ Ask their pilots how senior most of their bases are..... Tons of 30 year CAs.....

Plus most at PSA/PDT fos would force down tons of your FOs....... Both did majority of the hiring in 07...... And trickle amounts after compared to 07...... Didn't Eagle hire a lot over the last 3 years?

Interesting, I did not know PDT was senior like that..

Eagle FO's:
11/2005-2007= 482
2008-2012= 878

Fact: none of this matters.
