You'll get an email containing the outline. Basically 5 weeks in Dayton followed by oral in CLT (1 day) followed by few days off then sim (CLT) for about 10 days, then few days off and 2 days differences sim in CVG. Then IOE.

Looks like we've had "full" class of 20-25 since we started the wave of hiring late 2016. Seems this rotor program and cadet program will soon be beneficial in filling future classes. Are the cadets starting to roll up on their required time yet? I know it's a fairly new program (1 year).

Soooooooooo, I've got an interview with Envoy on 8 June and an interview with PSA on the 22nd. Very excited for both and regardless of the outcome, want to thank all of you (and there's been many) who have answered my incessant questions.
For those other military guys out there, hit me up as I'm preceding under the rotary transition program and can probably help you out with details/information I've gotten from those before me and my own experience thus far.

Yes. You can start class if short 25 hours, unless you are already counting 100 hours of sim time from a part 141 training program.
You can't count 100 hours from your 141 school and then count another 25 in PSA's sim.
Also, there are restrictions to using 100 hours of sim time from your school. If you didn't go to an approved 141 school, you can't count prior sim hours.

If you theoretically had 75 hours from 141, you could still use the 25 from training, right?
I don't know why I ended each sentence with a similarly structured question. Long day.

And I assume that those 100 hours would need to be in an FTD or greater, correct? AATD maximum is 25, is it not?

The RTP is starting to produce. The first to finish up getting the required fixed wing hours started indoc on Monday. He needed about 125 hours and said it took a bit over a month to fly them.

I heard from an Army friend that Envoy's program is backlogged about 6 months at this point, so guys wanting to start right away are bailing on their program and coming to PSA.

Depending on the equipment, but you're right there is a backlog. On 145 my friend mentioned 6 weeks between ground and sim.
