I think it's common knowledge everyone knows how to S*P. People aren't S*Ping to 65 to hurt the company. They're S*Ping to 65 to have more time off. I doubt anyone is trying to make the smallest paycheck possible just to hurt the company. The problem was guys threatening to drop Christmas to hurt the company. Big difference. People have been S*Ping to 65 since I got hired 3 years ago. It's nothing new.
Everyone knows how to S*P to 65. The only thing the new people need help with is to do it efficiently to get 18 or 19 days off, instead of just 15 or 16.

I do it based on what crap I have going on and if I feel like making extra money or time offf. I base my living expenses off 75 hours a month. So to me anything else is just savings. Everyone is different. I value QOL over 100+ credit hours.

Keep your trades simple. Trade 1 for 1, 2 for 1, or 3 for 2. If you start trying to trade 3 for 3 or something else crazy like that, it is more likely to get rejected because one of those trips is not available (someone else got it first).
Best idea is to trade 2 of yours for 1 in the pot. If you want another one, just add it.
If you want to trade 2 of your trips for 1 in the pot, you will not get that message. You only get it if you are trading multiple trips for multiple trips.

Yep! I have done the 65 and 19 off and this month I'm currently trying to max out. Next month I'll go back down to my 70/75 average.

If we had Endeavor rates I still wouldn't fly my ass off, but I would definitely be flying more than I do now. There will always be pilots that fly as little as possible no matter how much they make, but I'd be willing to bet that some decent pay rates would help staffing just because more pilots would be willing to fly more than what they're currently doing.

I’m an R1 lineholder and want to bid on a Jan line with CI the first four days. I’ve never bid a CI line but I understand they may convert it to flying when the award comes out. Is that flying able to be swapped during SAP if I need a day off during the first four days?
