Default PSA not upping flow number

Looks like PSA has decided not to up the flow number per the agreement.

And you're surprised? When DF and his cronies follow through with a promise I'll be surprised. Until then just keep bending over.

I don't understand how the Union and the company's math can differ by 22 pilots. It's a math formula. Is it spelled out in the flow agreement or not?

Someone is going to end up with egg on their face. Never mind they'll just rescind their email correspondence 5 or 6 times like normal, and it will all be good.

Do you mean to insinuate that people at your airline currently aren't already doing this?

The union is claiming that whatever math the company used to determine the "baseline" is different from the math they are using now. The union is continuing to use the "baseline" math and that math is giving them enough to move the flow up a number. So the company used math that gave them a HIGHER number for the "baseline" and math that gives them a LOWER number now to purposely delay flow increases.

Either way mgmt just going to do what they want and tell us to grieve it and then purposely choose dates that they are available for arbitration when they know no arbitrator is available. We have ourselves a special kind of scumbag mgmt up in Dayton.

I wonder if DF uses Coresource as his insurance provider?

PSA's management is buying themselves a lot of bad press this week. And it's gonna cost them a lot of new hire pilots, which they need badly.

What ye shall sew,......

Hoping this comes true. Didn't they learn the last time? Scary to think that have the ability to do a town hall and blow bs to our faces and act like it's good for us.
