Agreed. It definitely stings, but if you flow four months earlier you'll more than make it up in year two pay. Or it could even be the difference between future furlough or not...

Flow 4 months earlier? No one being hired now should plan on being here to flow.

Yea, all regionals suck, some just suck slightly less.

Wondering about staffing with the upcoming hiring. Before the 200 went away the company was around 120-130 airframes and 2100 pilots. Anyone know how many pilots and airframes are on property now? Last I knew they were filling classes through September so how does that affect our staff numbers?

Also agree. I was just using that as an example of the value of seniority. Nothing is more valuable in this industry. Especially a regional bonus that's going to look like peanuts in the future (hopefully).

Nit entirely sure where we’re at with pilots, but you can look at the system seniority list to get an idea. We’re starting to lose pilots pretty rapidly though and the flow hasn’t even started back up. I imagine they’ll basically be hiring indefinitely.

I don't have access to the seniority list. I'm interviewing with PSA next week and already have a March class date with Endeavor. A few I know who have interviewed with PSA over the last couple weeks have September class dates. Endeavor ranks above PSA in every category for what's important to me except the start date. If I get a Sept class with PSA, that's a 6 month head start. DAY would be my only option for somewhat living in base (2 hr drive).

I was curious where PSA stood with staffing. The more info I have, the better decision I can make for me and my family. Thanks.
