I know a guy who just got a call yesterday that had a CJO from last spring. He's headed to class in three weeks.

How does that make sense if they still have to get their furloughs back?

Well that is good news for PSA! Do furloughs not have priority for training vs new hires?

Two of my furloughed buddies were given Jan and Feb return dates--had to accept the date given to them or resign. 3 days of sims, a maneuvers validation and then a line check and they're back online is what they were told.

All furloughs will be complete with training by the end of March. The training footprint for NH and furloughs are completely different. They are going to run NH classes concurrently with the sim recall training since the NH won’t be ready for sims until after all the recalls are done.

Ah got it, thanks... has PSA mentioned how many people/classes of new hires they are bringing on board? AA must be seeing bookings rise or idk what but obviously they aren't doing this for their own amusement.
