Are they going to call the whole CJO group?
I have CJO and didn’t get a formal word yet. TIA

I'll be curious to see how many don't return. I get that and the attrition but again people still aren't flying and I've seen in a few different threads LLC's don't plan on hiring for a while.

Going to have a whole lot of pilots with not much flying which means endless reserve...

Just odd that other carriers and mainline are "recalling" but not sending to training yet we are and now they plan on hiring. Almost feels like they are trying to sink the ship faster.

When LCCs start hiring I presume all a PSA pilot needs to do is give 2 weeks notice? A new trainee probably takes 3 months to get going so maybe they're protecting for that but who knows.

With all of the stimulus money coming, AA needs some other way to burn cash to allow them to get to bankruptcy court sooner...

I know it sounds crazy but it honestly feels that way to me. Every other airline is taking the stimulus and trying to save cash. Yet it seems they are doing everything they can to burn through it. No loa's. Nothing lol call me crazy if you'd like.

This is from the email sent

“The initial phase will welcome candidates that have reached eligibility for classes starting in February from our pathway programs and those that we had previously extended conditional offers to prior to pausing our recruitment efforts.”

I’ve heard cadets with the time will get priority, but I don’t know that number. Can’t imagine too many. When they shut down the cadet program that was one of the incentives to stay on as a cadet that you would get priority over off the street hires if you meet the mins. If you have a CJO probably depends on when you got it. I’m sure they are working down the list to see who is interested.

I had a CJO, and got an email Friday night telling me to fill out a form if I was still interested. Has anyone else with a CJO been contacted and given a date yet?
