I would apply/interview with both and go where you think feels best. Don’t let Chris sway you one way or another. He brings a lot of good insight into the industry but I think he’s a little jaded/pessimistic. :D

I would agree. Get your seniority number and start building hours as soon as you can. By the time you have the hours to be considered for the majors, they will be back hiring like gangbusters.

I do have a lot of good insight. And I have been calling a lot of the events of the past year with pretty good accuracy. Go read the 10K. It’s pretty clear exactly where this is all going at this point.

They are giving a personality test when applying now? What kind of questions?
