But the CLT training center for Sims is completly different and unrelated to that training manager

There is also truth in the CVG folks finishing without any failure events between kv/mv/loe vs CLT guys. My class pre covid and many other recent classes saw it. Call me a conspiracy theorist but there is something def going on with this discrepancy 😂
is this due to a ‘rogue instructor’ or 2, or more, at the CLT location?

Hey guys I noticed in my CJO that there is a no compete clause saying I can’t work for another air carrier anywhere that PSA provides airline services for 2 years. In everyone’s experience does that include all USA based airlines? All regional? Just the regionals with the same bases as PSA?

The instructors in CLT are all very nice and experienced people. The APD's on the other hand...

care to give some context for those of us concerned with such a simple reply that can have a huge impact on our future?

nah, use your own common sense or pay a lawyer to explain it to you. I’ve dealt with non-competes before and tons of pilots leaving for greener pastures with no issues. They can’t enforce that.

so last upgrade class had 24 of 32 people fail. We lost 70 something pilots last month and hired 49. Writing is on the walls
