Question for any of you that have been through the E3 visa on-boarding process.
I have two TSA training ID’s. One for CTP ATP course and one for the PSA school. Must I book and pay for fingerprints to be collected twice, ie, one for each training ID number? Or can I have my fingerprints collected once by the collector and use those fingerprints for both TSA training ID numbers? To do it twice is really a lot of $$$ gone when once ought to be enough.
Thanks

Your fingerprints only get taken once and they are on file for 10 years. Anytime you submit a TSA training event they just use your fingerprints on file.

If you’re Trying to get a gouge on the instructor, don’t. Just don’t. I have literally heard from some of the APD guys and gals, that students got upset and when they weren’t asked something that another student said they would. And the kicker is that they passed!! And still got upset that their gouge was wrong.
Know your limitations 100%, know immediate action items cold, go over weather, and legality for dispatch release. Marginal vs 17347. How do you use derived minimums for an alternate, and definitely be able to tell what every button or switch does. For example: what criteria needs to be met for the GLD to automatically deploy? That may lead into why we always treat a bounced landing like a balked landing. Do not try to tailor your knowledge towards the individual.

E3 Visa pilots are a negative deterrent to this industry and ALPA pilots with full U.S citizenship. Fully qualified American citizens with full FAA ratings and paying ALPA dues will be affected negatively by this foreign pilot program. This E3 Visa program is a shame and I hope our future ALPA president can fight this program continuing.

Co-incidentally, this growth is what’s needed to propel even your career to new heights but you seem opposed to it. I mean really!?

Well why don’t you tell us all what your solution would be to help the US airline industry and the airlines grow amidst a shortage of skilled labour?

Pretending there's simply no other way to attract people than to run to other countries is disingenuous (not by you, I understand where you personally sit in all of this, but certainly on the part of companies doing this now).
