This is a long shot since there are like 40 APD's at PSA. But did anyone have thier KV with Kenneth Bowden? Can you PM me your experience?

We all received the email for the negotiations with the WO's and American, did or is anything going to come of that?

There were no negotiations. They just wanted to come together to show unity in the event that AA actually wanted to have negotiations.

I have heard that it is more difficult to get hired by AA from PSA vs another legacy. Can anyone explain that a bit? I want to fly out of Dayton, but I'm interested in flying for AA long term. Considering trying to fly for Air Wisconsin instead. Thoughts?

go air wis - you’ll hold a line much quicker and get to AA very soon

Its not impossible to get to AA outside of the flow, rare but not impossible. Also Air Wisconsin only has clapped out 200s (No offense but I’ve been on a couple of them commuting). They won’t be around long unless they get a new fleet.

From December to February, we've had just shy of 180 pilots leave PSA (a little under 10% of our total pilot group). 4 of those were direct hire at AA (outside the flow). Now maybe that's because people don't want to go to AA after being at PSA, but looking at those sort of numbers, I certainly makes me wonder...

We lost at least 95 pilots alone last month (comparing SYSSEN lists)
