For January it was about 10 months. This could go up or down dramatically at any point.

that’s not in line with historical norms during mass hiring.

A new hire would need 150 - 140 people ahead of them to leave in order to hold a line at DCA. Only 10 FO’s a month are being upgraded on average. 8 vacancies for January and 0 were for DCA. Do the math, it’s going to be more than what a recruiter tells you.

Not insignificant FO attrition as well as upgrades

Whilst we are on the topic of reserve time, what is the approximate reserve time in the other bases?
TIA

Over 10 months is a solid bet anywhere.

1.5 - 2 years for CLT, 9-12 months for PHL, 9+ months for Dayton (Dayton is going to close sometime in the near future). Dayton is the most junior and not commutable. Keep in mind training alone will take at least 5 months with current delays

not knowable

when the post-covid hiring environment has been going 18 months you’ll have an idea.

it will be better than it looks now. Time to X is a poor metric right after a year long hiring pause

(Dayton is going to close sometime in the near future).
