Just shooting in the dark. Is there any reason a PSA CRJ cannot shoot an ILS with OVC at 200? Are ya not allowed too or something?

Vis was 1 1/4 SM

besides a high min captain.

You should put in a request with the FAA to move the ground weather system or install a second system a mile or 2 down towards the approach path for a more accurate picture.
