But there's no reasoning with you. Continue defending a racist scummbag who's known at PSA to be one.
PS. He is obviously trying very hard to clean up his reputation online/Google because there was a lot more info available with a quick search before this site went public, so the best option is searching the case files, where I have found many information. Those 2 cases are the least of what this guy has done.

Take the court case listed on the website > search the appropriate dockets in the court, where you'll have to go in person for the Carolina one.

If the person that made this website wants to make a point, it'd probably be wise to show the documents. They've obviously looked these up!

You'd have to do a FOIA request for the details. I can't walk you through every step. And it's illegal to post court documents online.

Not to mention, PSA screws up peoples payroll all the time and refuses to pay them for critical pick ups when they qualify or you have to spend weeks of your off time back and forth with them to get paid. They’re not paying captains their $25K bonus on the 5th and pushing it back for 1 pay period for no reason, other than the captains who flow to miss out on it. They’ve sent out multiple emails saying, wow sorry we forgot to pay people for the retention bonus, we will get it out to you guys… and it takes months for them to realize that after the pilots start complaining enough. Nothing professional about this regional airline besides the pilot group.

Psa website
I just now saw this forum post and that website. I was at Psa from 2018 to 2021. I can verify that everything the guy says on that website is pretty much accurate. The very same things happened to me at Psa when I did my captain upgrade training and it was Joel Cress and the Brian who is mentioned that did it. Also an old LCA named Tom McDonald, who I believe has been fired. I had no idea I was not the only one. I’ve been flying for 20 years professionally with six type ratings. Never had a failure of any kind in my career until this experience at Psa. When I say that this has derailed my career I am not kidding. I am fortunate to be a captain at a very good part 135 operator now, but I cannot get hired by any of the majors or minors. Every interview is the same. They ask about my training failures at Psa and I struggle to try to explain just how this could’ve happened.
You folks that are trying to push this deal off as sour grapes really have no idea what you’re talking about. It’s real, and a lot of people do know about it. It’s just unfortunate that nothing of substance has been done to fix the situation. I would have to say that a person would be a fool to go to work at PSA Airlines when there are any other options available. The risks are just too great.

If he were a cop he would write his wife and mom tickets but you could be guaranteed they were speeding.
