Waverider,
I'd be glad to have a discussion, but please lose the foul language. And don't use real names without permission. You can use yours if you want, but don't go putting others on here without permission.

Waverider,
I have not forgotten where I came from. Not sure how you think you can claim that. Do you think this is the first time that a single carrier received a crummy contact that set off a wave? Perhaps you remember 9/11? Pensions wiped. Wages and work rules crushed?
And please explain how my career is relevant to this conversation. Did I negotiate the PSA contract? Or the Endeavor contract? Did I vote YES for them?
How exactly would I be a "pulling up the rope" guy?

Hey, you could've posted that without attempting to bypass the language filter. You could get your point across without screaming at me, or using my name. If you don't want to follow the Terms Of Service, then your post will be deleted.

I think the frustration is that those who are trying to stand up to management want to send a message to those who won't . Denying a JS isn't the way to send the message to the YES voters though. Take them in the jumpseat and give them facts and reasons why they need to change their tune.
I tried "facts and reasons" before they voted yes for this horrible and unnecessary concessionary downward pressure on the entire industry...

Four of the earnings you provided are those of Legacy airlines. I'm speaking about Regional carriers. Wholly owned carriers are a different story, as they're supported by the Legacy airlines who own them.
Skywest may be making a profit, but they have a rate reset clause in their CPA that occurs in 2015. It requires that Skywest & ExpressJet be the 2nd lowest cost DCI provider in the DCI system. So where do you think management will try to cut costs?
RAH owns Frontier. How much of those earnings came from the F9 operation? RAH pilots contract has been amendable for what....over 7 years? Their FOs make $37 per hour max. That sounds awfully close to what FOs make with these new contracts for Endeavor and PSA. Their union? Teamsters.
Take a look at the Us Airways pilots pay rates. LLC is gaining huge savings in labor costs. But Parker knows that his pilots rates will increase with a merger with AMR. So in order to curb costs, he went after the Regional feed.
The reality of this industry is that nothing is promised. There are thousands of pilots who were promised a pension when they accepted employment. Pensions are, for the most part, gone now. It's a shame that PSA pilots decided to turn their backs on their fellow union brothers and sisters. But you're anger towards National is misdirected. Your anger is with PSA's MEC & the PSA pilots who voted YES. Unity across the board(regionals and majors) is key to success, but unfortunately it's something that our profession has lacked for a long time.

So are you denying that ALPA national had any culpability whatsoever in supporting a YES vote at PSA(or had tried to help shove this down the Eagle pilots throats prior to that)?

How in the world can you compare the events after 9/11 to a pilot group owned by a major airline making record profits during a recovery? Seriously??
